The Viksit Bharat Leadership Awards – 2026 is a prestigious national initiative recognizing outstanding leaders, institutions, and organizations that demonstrate leadership excellence and impactful contributions toward India’s vision of Viksit Bharat@2047.

These Awards are a key highlight of the Viksit Bharat Leadership Conclave – 2026, themed “Leadership Excellence for Viksit Bharat@2047”, organized by the Reskilling HR Foundation at the India International Centre (IIC), New Delhi.

The Awards aim to honor visionary changemakers across the corporate sector, government, public sector undertakings, academia, social enterprises, startups, and non-profit organizations who are driving transformation through leadership, innovation, governance, sustainability, skilling, inclusion, and social impact.

Nominations are invited from both Individuals and Organizations across corporate, academic, social, media, and public sector domains.

A. Individual Category Awards
The Individual Leadership Awards recognize distinguished professionals and leaders who have demonstrated exemplary leadership, vision, and commitment to national transformation.
Corporate Individual Leadership Awards
For senior corporate leaders and professionals demonstrating excellence in organizational leadership, innovation, and nation-building.
Academic Individual Leadership Awards
For academicians, education leaders, and researchers contributing to education reform, research excellence, and talent development.
Social & Media Individual Leadership Awards
For social leaders, journalists, and media professionals creating impactful narratives, public awareness, and social transformation.

B. Organization Category Awards
The Organization Leadership Awards honour institutions that have demonstrated sustained excellence, impact, and leadership in advancing national priorities.
Corporate Organization Awards
For corporates and PSUs demonstrating organizational excellence, innovation, sustainability, and national contribution.
Academic Organization Awards
For universities, institutions, and research bodies excelling in education quality, research, skill development, and collaboration.
Social & Media Organization Awards
For NGOs, social institutions, and media organizations driving inclusive growth, social development, and positive national change.

Rule & regulation:

1. Last date to submit Registration form is 31 January 2026. Submit Awards Nomination form along with the felicitation Charge before last date.
2. The file size should not be more than 25MB.
3. The duration of video/audio should not exceed 2 minutes.
4. An entry will be deemed accepted only when the entry fee as prescribed has been received by the Awards organizer through an online payment. No refund will be made, once the payment is submitted.
5. The decision of the jury is final. Entrants whose entries are shortlisted will be notified by Email Communications.
6. The Awards are judged by a panel of independent judges. The judges reserve the right to re-classify or reject any entry that does not comply with the requirements of these Terms of Entry or the entry criteria. No feedback will be given on individual/organizational entries. In all matters, the decision of the judges shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered.
7. If no Participant in a category are found to be satisfying the eligibility by the Awards Management, the prize may be cancelled. The decision of the Awards Management in this regard will be final and non-contestable. The Awards Management will not entertain any queries in this regard.
8. All entries must be submitted by Submission Date. The Awards organizer has no responsibility for the incomplete entries and all such entries will be deemed invalid.
9. The Award categories may be changed / modified / split / merged / increased or cancelled by the Awards Management and / or Jury based on the number of entries received in any category, and the quality of the entries. The decision in this regard will be final, non-contestable and binding on all participants. The Awards Management will not entertain any queries in this regard.
